Value-Added Tax (VAT)
Last summer, I had to testify in front of Congress on three different occasions, twice in one day on the second trip. Well, I'm headed back to do it again on June 9th and 10th. Once again it's an attempt to educate some of our legislators about the world I live in each day - Internet Publishing and Advertising.
