Healthcare Bill
So much has happened in the last two weeks, I don't know where to begin. Kathy and I just got back from a short vacation to Michigan. We hadn't been away together without the kids for 25 years. It was an amazing time together. Many of our conversations in the truck driving to and from the log cabin, and while there, were political in nature.

Global Warming
I've been really troubled lately about why in the world more people are not getting involved and upset about what's going on in our great country right now. You may be oblivious to things happening in your state or in Washington because for the past so many years, all has been hunky dory. Well, it's not. I really feel we as a collective nation have been asleep at the wheel and we're driving over those grooves at the side of the road with the tires thumping like crazy trying to wake us up.
