Dallas Tea Party Calls Out Keith Olbermann

Keith Olbermann is a TV show host on MSNBC. I'm not sure for how much longer, as the ratings for that channel are lower than the sub-basement in the old brewery my Uncle Louie used to own off Ludlow Avenue in Cincinnati, OH.

Chinese Medicine and Cap and Trade

I've not met Graham Greene in person, but over the past year he and I have become acquainted over the Internet. It first started when he subscribed to my AsktheBuilder.com newsletter.

President Obama's Health Care Summit

President Obama, in my opinion, continues to posture that he wants to go down in history as the President who created national health care. He's going to go down in history alright, but in flames.

Made in America

A very good friend and colleague of mine, Tim Kerber, sent me a link to an opinion piece that appeared recently in a New Hampshire newspaper. Yes, there are a few newspapers still turning the press drums each day.

NJ Governor Chris Christie Sees the Budget Light

New Jersey's governor, Chris Christie, has many of the state's Democrats up in arms. He's finally come to grips with the out-of-control spending in that state. One has to wonder what his motivation was to deliver the tough news to the state's legislature.

Then we'll drive across I-90 through the Finger Lakes region of New York state on our way to the Mill Golf Course in Cincinnati, Ohio where we can play a round of golf on it's terminal moraine. Need more evidence? How about the founder of the Weather Channel, John Coleman?

President Obama's Health Care Quest

Yesterday on Bret Baier's 6 p.m. show on FoxNews, he had a panel discussion that included the regular contributor Charles Krauthammer. I find Charles to be a pretty straight shooter, and his comments were about what President Obama had to say about the shenanigans of the past year concerning the strong-arm tactics of the attempt to pass a health care bill.

National Debt and the Defecit

The cover story of the February 8, 2010 Forbes magazine is titled "The Global Debt Bomb - How it Could Wreck Your Life". It was a fascinating read indeed. Then yesterday I was browsing the Money section of USA Today online and came across a similar story.

Obama Scorecard

As I'm typing this, I'm watching Glenn Beck on FoxNews. His opening segment was about unkept promises by President Obama. Yes, politicians break promises. They say things to get elected. But the string of broken pledges was very disturbing.
