GoBind, the GOP and Extending the Bush Tax Cuts

Overnight I received an email from a subscriber to my Fire Pit newsletter. GoBind said at the end of his reply:

" ... One thing I noticed today that Republicans want to restore taxcuts to the very rich. They should avoid this or else they will not attract voters towards them."

Governor Chris Christie and the Teacher

The state of New Jersey is in deep financial distress. The reasons are as plentiful as motorboats on Lake Winnisquam in New Hampshire on a sunny summer weekend. Since states are required by law to operate with a balanced budget, the new governor - Chris Christie - has had to make cuts to the bone.
