Harsh Immigration Laws
Do you feel the illegal alien situation is out of control here in the USA? Our border with Mexico is as leaky as 50-year-old asphalt shingle roof. Something tells me our northern border with Canada is much tighter. You just don't hear stories out there about out-of-control illegal aliens inundating our northern tier states.

Rahm Emanuel and Chicago's One-Year Residency Law
Yesterday produced a glimmer of hope that there might be some judges in Illinois that are not tainted by corruption. An appellate court ruled that Rahm Emanuel's name should not appear on the ballot for Chicago's mayor because he didn't live in the city of Chicago for a full year prior to the election.
